[PPL-devel] ppl configure broken

Even with gmp 4.3.2  ppl configure is broken :

GMP is the GNU Multi-Precision library:

When compiling the GMP library, do not forget to enable the C++ interface:
add --enable-cxx to the configuration options.

Until it is fixed in a release I can not use ppl in good faith.
 I'll drop it from our new software stack.
