Dear Benoît,

I personally know nothing about Julia, but as far as I can see your
project looks very interesting.  If you want to develop a Julia wrapper
for the PPL, please go ahead: we will assist you to the best of
our possibilities.  If you would like the wrapper to become part
of the PPL (so as to have it distributed with it), please contact me
privately.
