[PPL-devel] header file and library for Visual C++

Dear PPL development team,

I am a PhD student from NUS, Singapore. I am trying to use the GMP library
in my research work. However my current development is in Visual C++,
Windows environment. I am writing to ask your team whether you support the
PPL header file and DLL library for Visual C++.
