The documentation that I have, also on-line documentation, says "Handle_1  
is included in or equal ... to Handle_2" and not as you have in the CVS  
repository "Handle_2 is included in or equal ... to Handle_1", i.e,  
Handle_1 and Handle_2 are exchanged.
