Log message:
	Add a topology check to OK.  Update `insert' to clear the sorted flag
	after inserting.  Update constructors to set the sorted flag.  Add
	wrapper methods max_space_dimension, space_dimension and num_lines.
	Add Grid_Generator_System(dim).
