Log message:
	Added the status PARTIAL_PROVABLY_CORRECT to the enumerate
	`Verify_Status'.
	
	Improved the methods `verify_exact_solution()' and `verify_finite_order()':
	now they return also the status PARTIAL_PROVABLY_CORRECT.
