[PPL-devel] ppl "remainder bug" checking on mingw targets

Hi,

I am trying to compile ppl for x86_64-w64-mingw32, for gcc. Is it normal for
the "checking if the compiler has the remainder bug..." takes very long? Is
there a way to bypass this check in order to speed up compilation?
