Hi Matthias,

GMP 5.0.0 contains a change that is not backward compatible.  See
http://www.cs.unipr.it/pipermail/ppl-devel/2010-January/015872.html for a
workaround.  This is already fixed in the Git repository and so PPL 0.11
will be OK.  You can download a snapshot of PPL 0.11 from

   ftp://ftp.cs.unipr.it/pub/ppl/snapshots/
