Log message:
	Types `c_polyhedron' and `nnc_polyhedron' are now merged
	in the new type `polyhedron' in the OCaml interface.
	All the methods concerning c_polyhedron and nnc_polyhedron
	has been renamed for consistency with the other interfaces.
	ppl_ at CLASS@_ at UB_EXACT@_code disabled.
