Log message:
	Added new (private) method add_interval_constraint_no_check, to be used
	when adding or refining after having checked that the constraint is
	a non-trivial interval constraint.
	Removed the comments for several private methods: they had a FIXME,
	but were anyway misleading; they now have a WRITE ME.
