Log message:
	If a constraint system is not all equalities, then building a grid
	from the system will now throw an exception.
	Tests adapted for this change.
	
	In tests/Grid the asciidumpload7.cc tested ascii_dump and ascii_load for
	the product domain. This test fails with the current changes and has
	been disabled. When these problems have been fixed,
	the test will be moved and enabled in the
	tests/Partially_Reduced_Product directory.
