Log message:
	List libppl_ocaml.a in variable pkglib_LIBRARIES (removing it from variables
	noinst_LIBRARIES and ocaml_DATA).
	When building the native OCaml interface, do generate, install and clean
	the library file ppl_ocaml.a.
