Sorry: only now I see what you meant.  You were talking about the
use of LT_INIT in CLooG, I was talking about the use of LT_INIT
in the PPL (I simply copy-and-pasted the line from PPL's configure.ac).
It is likely in CLooG you should use LT_INIT without any option.
