[PPL-devel] ppl 0.9 make check failures on i686-apple-darwin9

Roberto,
    I'll try that tonight and post the results. I am a bit confused
that ppl hasn't been tested on Darwin since I am pretty sure Sebastian
Pop said that graphite had been tested on that platform (unless that
was only with polylib instead).
