Log message:
	The Partially_Reduced_Product now works for products
	with Octagonal_Shape domain elements.
	
	Tests now have an option to test with a product of
	Octagonal_Shape and Grid, but all tests are currently set to
	test C_ or NNC_Polyhedron x Grid (or vice versa) combinations.
