Log message:
	Applied a workaround in private method select_H79_constraints() so as to
	correctly deal with NNC polyhedra. A too strong assertion made weaker:
	due to the value of the epsilon coordinate, the sign of the scalar product
	can be anything when the polyhedra are NNC, the constraint from x is strict
	and the generator from y is a point.
