[PPL-devel] GNU General Public License, version 3

Dear all,

version 3 of the GNU General Public License (GPLv3), has been released:

I plan to use the copyright holder privileges to change the license
of the CVS HEAD version (and thus of any future release) of the Parma
Polyhedra Library to GPLv3.  If you have concerns about this licensing
change, please get in touch with me.
