Log message:
	Added methods to the Polyhedra classes, and the Grid, BD_Shape,
	Octagonal_Shape classes that construct an element from a BD_Shape
	and from an Octagonal_Shape.
	Added also similar methods to the partially reduced product class
	Added tests to check these new methods.
	Updated the NEWS with this information.
