Log message:
	Added constructors for NNC_Polyhedron and C_Polyhedron from a Grid.
	Test file fromgrid1.cc and its nnc version tests these constructors.
	
	The test19 in Grid/directproduct3.cc now checks
	is_topologically_closed() for Box x Grid products.
