Log message:
	The -r option is now compatible with -e. Throw an error
	if we want to solve a MIP with -e. maybe_check_results() cleaned.
	Modified the default threshold between GLPK and ppl_lpsol, this to prepare us
	for the next commit that will change the testsuite.
