Log message:
	Little adjustments to the documentation: prefer "disjuncts" to "polyhedra"
	when talking about elements of a Pointset_Powerset.
	Added declarations for the Pointset_Powerset<Grid> specializations of
	methods poly_difference_assign() and geometrically_covers().
