Log message:
	Renamed get_linear_expression() to get_homogeneous_expression()
	as this ignored the inhomogeneous part (needed when
	getting the objective function for an MIP_Problem).
	
	Added get_linear_expression() although tests show a bug in this.
	
	Extended the test predicate mip_get..
