Log message:
	The ppl_interface_generator_prolog_icc_preamble is now renamed
	as ppl_prolog_common.icc and included by the generated
	ppl_prolog.icc.
	
	The term_to_classname_handle() methods are now
	defined term_to_handle<T>() where T is the C++ class name.
