Dear Andy,

yes, the CVS HEAD version of the PPL (i.e., what around January 2007 will
become PPL 0.10) has a new MIP_Problem class that can solve Mixed Integer
Programming problems.  If you don't mind working with experimental software,
we can prepare a snapshot release for you.
