Log message:
	Add destructor, assignment operator and method zero_dim_univ.  Order
	declarations and inline definitions as in Generator.  Move []
	operators, affine_image, add_universe_rows_and_columns,
	remove_space_dimensions and remove_higher_space_dimensions to the
	private section.
