	Added the assertion
	assert(sc_den > 0);
	in
	Octagonal_Shape<T>::deduce_v_pm_u_bounds()
	and in
	Octagonal_Shape<T>::deduce_minus_v_pm_u_bounds().
	`sc_den' is always positive.
