Log message:
	Revised handling of C++ class names so that a product domain
	with commas works.
	Basic approach is to immediately replace the "," in the list of C++
	names obtained from the instantiations.m4 file  by "@COMMA@"
	and then at the end of the code generation, restore the ",".
