Log message:
	Completed basic changes for Powerset_Polyhedron<...>.
	Compilation only tested (in the Prolog interface) for
	Powerset_Polyhedron<Polyhedron> for the predicates
	"ppl_new_C_Polyhedra_Powerset_Polyhedron_from_space_dimension"
	and "ppl_new_NNC_Polyhedra_Powerset_Polyhedron_from_space_dimension".
