Log message:
	Revised the way the pattern replacements are defined and
	revised the code for replacement.
	
	Extended the prolog_dat.m4 list of predicates that can generate code
	for BD_Shape to match that of the C interface (and removed a bug that
	prevented BD_Shape widening compiling).
