Log message:
	Added a macro "m4_pattern_delimiter".
	This is defined in ppl_interface_generator_common.m4 as `4'
	and Prolog/ppl_interface_generator_prolog_systems.m4 as `4'.
	
	When the patterns in the procedure macro names have no delimeters,
	and when the code has @ delimiter, these must be changed,
	the common definition to `@' and the system definition to `'.
