Log message:
	Rename Grid_Generator::set_is_parameter to
	Grid_Generator::set_is_parameter_or_point. Rename
	Grid_Generator_System methods: num_rows to num_generators, num_rays to
	num_parameters.  Correct a typo in the Grid_Generator class doc.
