	Add methods is_equal_to(cgs), recycling_insert(cgs),
	add_unit_rows_and_columns(k), concatenate(cgs) and
	has_a_free_dimension().  Rename method add_rows to insert, updating it
	to add columns as required and moving it to the public section.
