Log message:
	Added ppl_ at CLASS@_equals_ at CLASS@ to the interface.
	Corrected bugs in code for ppl_ at CLASS@_ at COMPARISON@_ at CLASS@
	Added a type "relation_with_grid_generator"
	and corrected some typos that prevented the generated ppl_ocaml.ml
	compiling.
