Log message:
	Add macros DECLARE_FUN5_0_1, SPECIALIZE_FUN5_0_1 and
	SPECIALIZE_GCDEXT.  Add template gcdext_generic.  Specialize
	gcdext_generic for integers and floats.  Add wrapper gcdext_ext.  Add
	and specialize wrapper gcdext_mpz.
