Log message:
	Take out methods normalize_divisors and parameterize.  In the
	construct methods leave the system as given (instead of simplifying
	it).  Always clear the pending rows flag of an added generator system.
	Set the sorted flag in the generator construct method.  Neaten some
	formatting.
