Log message:
	Add method add_space_dimensions.  Change the type of the
	reduce_equality_with_equality arguments to Congruence.  Rename
	reduce_line_with_parameter to reduce_parameter_with_line.  Rename
	reduce_equality_with_congruence to reduce_congruence_with_equality.
	Enable the definition of method contains.  Update comments.  Take out
	some tracing.  Correct the asserts in two of the reduce functions.
