Log message:
	Corrected documentation for the Prolog interface where the specifications
	for the predicates ppl_Polyhedron_contains_Polyhedron/2 and
	ppl_Polyhedron_strictly_contains_Polyhedron/2 referred to their arguments
	the wrong way round.
