Log message:
	Reduce dependency on the Grid_Generator_System Grid friend
	declaration: let Grid_Generator_System handle pending rows and the
	sorted flag, define out the NNC handling in construct(gs,), replace
	manual topology and dimension adjustment with calls to
	Grid_Generator_System(dim) and replace a Grid_Generator_System
	num_columns call with an equivalent which uses
	Grid_Generator_System::space_dimension().
