Log message:
	Use Grid_Generator instead of Generator in the Grid related methods.
	Add Grid_Generator versions of homogeneous_sign(e,g) and
	homogeneous_assign(z,e,g).  Take out
	Topology_Adjusted_Scalar_Product_Assign.
