Dear Pedro,

yes, currently polyhedra powersets are only available through the
C++ interface of the library.  Hosung Song has similar needs as yours
and has written some interface code that suits his particular
application.  His message is archived at

I will explain the reasons why we still have not provided this
functionality in a subsequent message.
