Log message:
	As suggested in our STANDARDS file, let all Doxygen comments be centralized
	before methods declarations in file *.defs.hh.
	In class Row, be careful to use the same parameter naming in declarations
	and definitions.
	For Row and SatRow, let std::iter_swap be declared in *.defs.hh.
