Log message:
	This allows for failure in ciao for timeout_exception_atom
	when the atom given does not unify with the current value
	and also for the new_Polyhedron predicates when unifying the
	new handle with the input value.
	In order to test this, the tests in pl_check assume that
	unifying a new handle with value 0 will fail.
