Log message:
	Methods Matrix::gauss() and Matrix::back_substitute() are applied to
	well-formed matrices and will return well-formed matrices.
	Corrected a bug in the handling of the sortedness flag in back_substitute().
	Method Matrix::OK() now also checks strong normalization of rows.
