Log message:
	The test ascii_dump1.cc now is called writerealtion1.cc, because it
	verifies operator<< of Poly_Gen_Relation and Poly_Con_Relation.
	In operator1.cc put the tests to verify
	operator>=(const Polyhedron& x, const Polyhedron& y),
	operator>(const Polyhedron& x, const Polyhedron& y),
	operator!=(const Polyhedron& x, const Polyhedron& y) and
	operator<(const Polyhedron& x, const Polyhedron& y).
