Log message:
	In Polyhedron::BBRZ02_widening_assign() and
	Polyhedron::is_BBRZ02_stabilizing() debugging-purpose output made silent.
	Modified Polyhedron::select_H79_constraints(y, cs) so that when we use
	it the system of constraints has the right topology.
