Log message:
	Implemented a more efficient way to keep the sortedness of Matric `source',
	requiring max source_num_rows - 1 swaps of the rows in source.
	The new code is controlled by pre-proc flag KEEP_SOURCE_SORTEDNESS,
	which is now set to 0 (i.e., still using old code).
