Log message:
	Documentation now introduces the C and NNC polyhedra.
	The grammar rules allow for strict inequalities and closure points.
	The test file has minor improvements; checking that redundant
	strict inequalities are ignored when creating a C polyhedron
	as a copy of an NNC polyhedra.
