Log message:
	Wrong declarations fixed (thanks to Jose Morales).
	The file fake_main.pl is a kludge to convince ciaoc to produce
	object code (the `-c' option is broken in Ciao Prolog 1.8 #2).
	Missing predicate declarations have been added.
