	Added tests for the functions Polyhedron::add_dimensions_and_project(),
	Polyhedron::convex_hull_assign(), Polyhedron::intersection_assign(),
	Polyhedron::limited_widening_assign() and
	Polyhedron::remove_higher_dimensions().
