Log message:
	In functions Polyhedron::widening_assign and
	Polyhedron::limited_widening_assign considered the case of the polyhedra
	in a zero-dimensional space.
	In function Polyhedron::limited_widening_assign considered the case of
	cs.space_dimension() < space_dimension().
